Based in Portland, Oregon, Verde Cocina's catering team is dedicated to bringing fresh, farmers market inspired dishes to events of all sizes. Outdoor Oregon weddings, company parties, intimate holiday gatherings, our team works with you to create delicious, fresh menus for your special event. We offer a variety of services from a sit-down dinner, buffet, or a party packed to go. From entrees featuring pastured, sustainably sourced meats and Paleo-minded ingredients, naturally gluten-free, or hearty vegan fair, we specialize in offering menus to meet a wide variety of dietary lifestyles.
From sourcing down to the choices we make about dishware, our company is committed to reducing our ecological footprint. We’ve ditched plastic drinking straws and replaced plastic disposable utensils, plates, cups, boxes and napkins with complimentary biodegradable and compostable products. With every event we cater, we focus on eco-friendly practices, reducing waste, reusing, & recycling for a better, greener event and a better, greener tomorrow.
